3. Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

4.2 Weekly and Regular Promotions

jita777 offers various ongoing promotions including a weekly deposit festival. Each promotion has its own eligibility conditions and validity period. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating artificial bets, sharing accounts, or using any other dishonest method to exploit bonus offers will result in bonus forfeiture. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. VIP Program and Cashback

jita777's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is a set percentage of the week's net loss (total loss minus total winnings).

Example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback rates by level: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6%, Diamond up to 0.8% weekly cashback. VIP level advancement depends on the user's activity on the platform.

6. General Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to sufficient balance in the user's account. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error or incorrect odds publication makes it necessary.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error produces an abnormal result, the affected bet or transaction may be declared void. Any funds gained as a result of an error will be recovered. Normal bet outcomes will always be determined according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Sports Event Results

For bets on cricket, football, or any other sports event, the result announced by the relevant governing body of that sport is final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules in place.
